Deep cleans differ from home to home, so we confirm the areas you want prioritised before booking. Oven cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, interior windows, wall spot cleaning and balconies are optional paid extras, confirmed in your quote.

Add-ons are optional paid extras, subject to availability and confirmed in your quote. They aren’t included in a standard clean unless your quote says so. The exception is oven cleaning for end-of-lease cleans, which is included as standard. Excessive grease, carbon build-up or specialist oven restoration may attract additional charges, subject to assessment and your approval before any extra work goes ahead.

Can I start with a deep clean and then move to regular cleaning?

Yes, and it’s a sensible way to begin. A deep clean brings the home to a standard that regular visits can then maintain, subject to contractor availability.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Our contractors supply their own professional products and equipment. If you have preferences or sensitivities, tell us when you contact us.
