Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to quotes and cleaning services arranged by Clean Today Pty Ltd. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms together with the details in your quote.

Quotes

Quotes are prepared individually from the information you give us. If the property, its condition or the requested scope differs materially from what was described, we may need to revise the quote before or during the job. We’ll discuss any change with you first.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed the scope, date and price with you. Availability, timing and any travel considerations depend on your location and contractor availability, and are confirmed when you book.

Who performs the work

Clean Today arranges and coordinates your service. Cleaning is carried out by independent cleaning contractors engaged by us.

Access and property

You’re responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with working electricity and water. Please remove or secure valuables and fragile items, and tell us about any hazards before the clean.

Scope and outcomes

We carry out the work described in your quote. We don’t guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties, including the result of a rental inspection or the return of a rental bond.

If something isn’t right

Please contact us as soon as possible, and within a reasonable time after the clean, so we can review your concern and work towards a fair resolution.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
