A standard oven clean (interior, racks, door glass and exterior) is included in every end-of-lease clean. Carpet steam cleaning, interior windows, wall spot cleaning and balconies are optional paid extras, confirmed individually in your quote so there are no surprises on the day. Excessive grease, carbon build-up or specialist oven restoration may attract additional charges, subject to assessment and your approval before any extra work goes ahead.

A professional clean helps you present the property at its best, but the final inspection outcome and any bond decision rest with your landlord or agent and the relevant rental rules. We can’t guarantee a bond refund, and we’ll never claim to.

End-of-Lease Cleaning: your questions

When should I book my end-of-lease clean?

As early as you know your moving date. Ideally the clean happens after your belongings are out and before your final inspection. Tell us both dates and we’ll work around them where availability allows.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Many customers arrange key access instead. We’ll agree access details with you directly when confirming the booking, never through the website.

Is oven cleaning included in an end-of-lease clean?

Yes. A standard oven clean of the interior, racks, door glass and exterior is included in every end-of-lease clean. Excessive grease, carbon build-up or specialist oven restoration may attract additional charges, subject to assessment and your approval before any extra work goes ahead.

Is carpet steam cleaning included?

Only when it’s included in your quote. Some leases require professional carpet cleaning, so check yours and tell us when you contact us.

Do you guarantee my bond back?

No. Bond decisions are made by your landlord or agent under the rental rules in your state. Our job is to deliver the clean we quoted, carefully and thoroughly.
