Your regular scope is agreed before the first visit and can be adjusted. Oven cleaning is not part of a regular clean; it and other optional paid extras can be added to individual visits when quoted. We aim to keep the same contractor on your visits, but can’t promise the same cleaner every time.

Add what your property needs. Every extra is confirmed in your quote.
Add-ons are optional paid extras, subject to availability and confirmed in your quote. They aren’t included in a standard clean unless your quote says so. The exception is oven cleaning for end-of-lease cleans, which is included as standard. Excessive grease, carbon build-up or specialist oven restoration may attract additional charges, subject to assessment and your approval before any extra work goes ahead.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?
We aim for consistency and will try to keep the same contractor on your visits, but we can’t guarantee it every time.
Can I change or pause my regular clean?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are explained in our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
Do I need a deep clean first?
Not always. If the home needs a reset, we may suggest starting with a deep clean so regular visits can maintain it efficiently.
